Price increase announcement – Canadian commercial roofing products

We are providing advance notice of an upcoming price increase across our commercial product portfolio, driven by continued increases from our manufacturing partners and ongoing inflation in raw materials, energy, and transportation costs.

As a result, we will be implementing a price increase of approximately 6% to 10%, depending on product category. This increase will be effective on orders as of May 4, 2026.

Approved quotes and project pricing will be honoured through their stated expiration dates. New quotes issued with validity beyond May 4, 2026 will reflect the updated pricing.

We encourage you to incorporate these increases into your current and upcoming project bids and planning.
